Very recently I read the Terra Papers. Listening to this confirms a number of things for me that I had suspected. The Terra Papers are true, and there was a very great amount of information that was NOT given in them.
The Terra Papers are available at:
http://www.freedomdomain.com/Terrapapers/terrapapers.html
It starts out like science fiction (and sounds like Star Wars in some places, but they were initially published two years before Star Wars and one might note that Lucas was very much influenced by Joseph Campbell, who, it turns out, spent time with the Hopi (from whence the Terra Papers originated) discussing the Universe...
But at about page 45, it all come home.

It's a shame that people are still being subjected to the hoax story of the Dulce, NM (Archuleta Mesa)underground base. The entire area was investigated VERY thoroughly by the Phoenix Group and their conclusion was:
"There are no public records, nor is there any physical evidence to substantiate the idea that there is an underground base at Archuleta Mesa. A search was conducted of County building and construction permits and records, and local residents were interviewed to determine if any large-scale civilian or government construction projects ever occurred in the area from 1930 to the present. There were no County records to substantiate any large-scale construction projects, excavation or mining activity in the area. Local residents have no memory of any government installation, civilian or military ever having existed in this area."
There have been others who have also investigated the area thoroughly and reached the same conclusions. It is also well known that this story originated from Air Force disinformation sources which included Richard Doty and the dis-info was aimed at Paul Bennewitz. Mark Richards and Jo Ann Richards have been married almost 5 years yet Mark has supposedly been imprisoned since 1982. Inmate marriages to non-incarcerated persons do occur but I wonder how he shared this info with Jo Ann if he is supposedly in jail to keep him quiet? She claims to be speaking on his behalf because he can't speak out yet, he was in jail 21 years before they married so, how did he tell her this story if he is in jail to be silenced? Why were they allowed to marry if he is in jail to keep his story from going public? I also noticed that the board of directors for her Earth Defense Headquarters group includes a former stage comedian/magician turned mentalist. Some one who is quite familiar with "fooling" people. Last but not least, you can get a lifetime membership to the Earth Defense Headquarters group for only $500 or you can go all out and get their "Golden Life membership" for only $1,000. I think those two dollar amounts are the REAL reason for her re-telling of this bogus story.

I agree that the whole story sounds very far-fetched, and I have already wrote that I would have like to have seen Mrs. Dolan take Jo Ann to task on any number of items. Some of her Ms. Richard's story simply does not add up, including how she came in contact with this information. And yes, her website does seem to offer little but charge a lot.
I am not against on principal to have people tell their stories, but some of these very hard to believe ones should come with a disclaimer that NONE and let me repeat that, NONE of her testimony can be verified.
Although if one considers this a work of fiction, science-fiction to be more accurate, it was very lively as well as scary, like a camp-fire story.
Where the truth lies in regards to ET behavior one can only ponder when reading through the testimony. It could be very rough indeed.
But I think I won't take out any membership for the Earth Defense Fund and try to work through more legitimate organizations.

It's hard to take this stuff seriously, considering almost everything she said has never bee disclosed by the good researchers. It's entertaining, to be sure, but anything more than that I would be very skeptical. Jo Ann does spin a good and scary yarn, and perhaps that was her goal, I wish Mrs. Dolan would’ve taken her to task a little bit more. Hopefully this won’t bring out more folks telling tall tales.

I tend to think there is something to the Dulce story (Phil Schneider apparently died because he wouldn't shut up about it), but the details in this interview sound like some spin-doctor knew exactly how to strike the most fear into people--ghastly aliens are coming for our warm, mammalian women! Those gray critters are sure not asexual--they're coming 100s of millions of light years just to make it in orgies with drugged up earth women! God knows what they do to orgy, but they're a do' it. Even earth men are safe from their long fingers. Chopping limbs off and milking them at machines! Women&children are most being taken!
Actually abduction stories feature males at somewhat greater percentage, I think.
At least the teller could honor a gory, scary story like this with a decently hushed and grave tone; but no, each phrase is preceded or succeeded by a little laugh like a schoolgirl confessing smoking in the locker room. That laugh got really irritating.
Karen, I know you're honest and down to earth, and honest people expect others to be. I've met you and Richard at a conference and you're great. However, there's somthing fishy about this story. She could have some information worth listening to, but some sources have warned of earthlings being made to see aliens as a terrifying force against which we must be militarized. This woman seems to have come out of the woodwork. I'm not saying she's lying, but grays carrying on orgies, rapin' and mawling earth women? That's the kind of atrocity story that countries have promoted to arouse feelings of outrage and the will to war. During the first world war, papers carried lurid headlines--Belgian women raped by marauding Germans! It was not true. Entirely made-up propaganda. In the Gulf War I, Kuwaiti babies were supposedly taken from incubators and thrown aside. Not true.
The cause of warfare is usually deliberate manipulation of circumstances and emotions by powerful interests who stand to gain from war, not atrocities; but that's another story. Beware atrocity stories, especially as a pretext for war--they are of ancient usage in the art of warfare.
Anyway, you've got a good show and you and Richard make an inspiring team. Just check this person out thoroughly, because the thought of those horny little gray buggers is just too funny to be true.

I'm so glad to see so much discussion! I agree with some of you that not all of these claims are verifiable, though I also believe that nothing can be more radical than the truth itself. I don't know whether this particular information is true, deception, or a mistake. But the point of my show is to get this info out, so we can look at it and discuss it, as we're doing here. I love seeing all the responses to this!

My view is as follows:
Jo Ann says her husband was charged and convicted for being the mastermind of a murder? Her husband tells her he had a battle with aliens in an underground base. That he stopped aliens from attacking a human/alien conference in the 70s. That there was a base on the moon and a fleet of massive human operated space ships etc etc etc etc etc
Oh gawd.
JO ANN: YOU MARRIED A CON-MAN
